Join us for a special Power Morning Coffee featuring IWIB4AI Advisor and Data Scientist Alexander Shepherd.
The session will focus on a recurring challenge in AI strategy and governance: how organisations can meaningfully assess the return on investment (ROI) of AI initiatives, beyond narrow efficiency or cost-reduction metrics.
Alexander will share reflections on why conventional Return on Investment (ROI) approaches are often insufficient for AI, and how value can instead be understood through governance-by-design, regulatory awareness, and sound technical foundations.
