Gulhan serves as the Grants Specialist at IWIB4AI, bringing extensive expertise in EU grants, monitoring and evaluation, and policy advising. With a background in Engineering and Business Administration, she excels in managing co-financed programs and aligning funding opportunities with organizational needs. Her experience spans collaborations with Ministries, universities, SMEs, and NGOs, driving impactful and sustainable initiatives.

Nicola is a seasoned Fractional CFO from the UK, who partners with innovative, high-growth start-ups and scale-ups. Nicola mentors for the UK Government's Help to Grow initiative and is a strong advocate for supporting women in business. Her background lends itself well to research the ethical use of AI for Financial Analysis for company valuations, investment decisions and company performance.​

Arunendu is the AI & Legal Innovation Lead at the Swedish law firm Synch. He is a tech lawyer specializing in data privacy, security, and compliance, with a passion in AI ethics. Educated in AI, human rights, public international law.  At IWIB4AI, Arunendu leads the research of relevant uses-cases that challenge AI ethics and applicable regulations, exploring its impact on business and society, and help develop regulatory sandboxes to ensure compliance with EU laws.

Nadia is a dedicated and passionate professional with dynamic experience in optimising and automating business processes. Skilled in identifying and capitalising on emerging market trends to drive revenue growth and expand market share. At IWIB4AI, Nadia focuses on developing IWIB4AI's marketing strategies and creating content that enhances brand awareness and invites more individuals to join our organizatio.

Carolina is an international human rights lawyer and corporate social responsibility (CSR) expert. She leads IWIB4AI’s Youth Chapter, where she coordinates the annual HackEthos hackathon and spearheads the development of the Global Youth Leadership Program. Beyond her leadership in youth initiatives, she also lends her expertise to the IWIB4AI podcast, helping to amplify critical conversations at the intersection of ethics and technology. 

Anita is founding member of International Women In Business Network. Currently she serves as a member of the Advisory Board, at Stockholm Stad
Board Member, Swedish Trade Commissioners Association Tech Community, Sweden Indian Business Council. Previously, Anita served as Head of Business Sweden’s offices in Hong Kong, Taipei, Beijing, Shanghai and Mexico.At IWIB4AI Anita will guide us on market entry strategies for IWIB4AI's international expansion. 

Janika joins our core team as a Finance and Operations Specialist, bringing a background in financial accounting and executive operations to IWIB4AI. With a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Plymouth. Currently a Master’s student in Sustainable Development in Business at Södertörn University, offering high-level support to our CFO and Grants Team. Janika also plays a pivotal role in managing Memberships, ensuring that our internal and external stakeholder processes are  transparent.
