Tatiana Caldas-Löttiger, Founder & CEO
International business lawyer legally trained in Colombia, Sweden, and USA, who for the past 13 years have been working in the intersection at law, technology, and regulatory affairs. Tatiana is a legal futurist and passionate advocate for the responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence in business and society. As the Founder and CEO of International WoMenX In Business For Ethical AI (IWIB4AI) she leads a global network of men and women in business who share a common vision of advancing AI innovation with legal, ethical, and social values. IWIB4AI engages with lawmakers, business leaders, associations, NGOs, other think-tanks, researchers and academia that are shaping the AI policy debate.

Arunendu Mazumder - AI Ethics & Policy Intern
Arunendu is a tech lawyer specializing in data privacy, security, and compliance, with a passion in AI ethics. Educated in AI, human rights, public international law and he brings a year of focused experience and a strong motivation to enhance ethical standards in technology. At IWIB4AI, Arunendu will lead research on AI ethics and policy, exploring its impact on business and society, and help develop regulatory sandboxes to ensure compliance with the EU AI Act.
Nadja Gorlova - Marketing Strategy/Content Development Intern
Nadia is a dedicated and passionate professional with dynamic experience in optimising and automating business processes. Skilled in identifying and capitalising on emerging market trends to drive revenue growth and expand market share. At IWIB4AI, Nadia will focus on developing marketing strategies and creating content that
enhances brand awareness and invites more individuals to join our organisation.
Melanie Rideout - Grant Management Intern
Melanie is an environmental scientist with a strong advocacy and advisory background in sustainability, climate justice and human rights. She has worked in the development and humanitarian fields for the past 8 years as an advisor in innovation, climate and environmental sustainability. At IWIB4AI Melanie will be working with grant management and fundraising.
