He will develop and oversee long-term strategic initiatives, identify key trends, opportunities and challenges in AI ethics, and provide strategic guidance to the CEO on organizational priorities.

Nicola is a seasoned Fractional CFO from the UK, who partners with innovative, high-growth start-ups and scale-ups. Nicola mentors for the UK Government's Help to Grow initiative and is a strong advocate for supporting women in business. Arunendu is the AI & Legal Innovation Lead at the Swedish law firm Synch. He is a tech lawyer specializing in data privacy, security, and compliance, with a passion in AI ethics. Educated in AI, human rights, public international law. At IWIB4AI, Arunendu leads the research of relevant uses-cases that challenge AI ethics and applicable regulations, exploring its impact on business and society, and help develop regulatory sandboxes to ensure compliance with the EU AI Act.
