The executive team of IWIB4AI Think-Tank leads with integrity, ensuring accountability, trust, transparency, and ethical leadership in every aspect of its mission. Composed of dedicated men and women who volunteer with a long-term vision and proactively, the team works closely with the core team and advisors as well as diverse stakeholders to represent civil society in the AI conversation. By fostering collaboration, inclusivity, and multidisciplinary expertise, the executive team drives initiatives that shape responsible AI development and deployment, advocating for human rights, safety, privacy, lawfulness, and transparency in AI.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Tatiana Caldas Löttiger

Tatiana is legally trained in Sweden (Master in European Law), in the USA (Master in International Business & Trade Law) and Colombia (J.D). Also certified in Data Ethics, AI and Responsible Innovation from The University of Edinburgh (2021), CCEP-I Ethics & Compliance from The Society of Corporate Compliance (SCCE) and EU Data Protection from IAAP (2018)

Responsible AI Manager with solid expertise in aligning technological innovation with existing regulatory requirements, human and societal values. PhD in Philosophy and International Relations at the Autonomous University of Madrid and a degree in Political Sciences and Business Administration.

With extensive experience across MedTech, Biotech, SaaS, VR, IT consulting, and finance, Laura understands how AI is changing industries from the inside out. Laura has spent the past 15 years helping companies build, scale, and commercialize cutting-edge innovations.

Miguel Portaz

Miguel has an outstanding professional career, having held various roles in renowned multinational technology companies. Throughout his career, he has led multidisciplinary teams, and thanks to his extensive experience in international environments, he has been nominated for positions in scientific societies and actively participates in prestigious conferences. He will develop and oversee long-term strategic initiatives, identify key trends, opportunities and challenges in AI ethics, and provide strategic guidance to the CEO on organizational priorities.

Grants Specialist

Gulhan serves as the Grants Specialist at IWIB4AI, bringing extensive expertise in EU grants, monitoring and evaluation, and policy advising. With a background in Engineering and Business Administration, she excels in managing co-financed programs and aligning funding opportunities with organizational needs. Her experience spans collaborations with Ministries, universities, SMEs, and NGOs, driving impactful and sustainable initiatives.

Nicola Marshman
Financial Strategy Lead

Nicola is a seasoned Fractional CFO from the UK, who partners with innovative, high-growth start-ups and scale-ups. Nicola mentors for the UK Government's Help to Grow initiative and is a strong advocate for supporting women in business. Her background lends itself well to research the ethical use of AI for Financial Analysis for company valuations, investment decisions and company performance.

Arunendu Mazumder
IWIB4AI's Use-Cases Lead

Arunendu is the AI & Legal Innovation Lead at the Swedish law firm Synch. He is a tech lawyer specializing in data privacy, security, and compliance, with a passion in AI ethics. Educated in AI, human rights, public international law. At IWIB4AI, Arunendu leads the research of relevant uses-cases that challenge AI ethics and applicable regulations, exploring its impact on business and society, and help develop regulatory sandboxes to ensure compliance with the EU AI Act.

Marketing Lead

Nadia is a dedicated and passionate professional with dynamic experience in optimising and automating business processes. Skilled in identifying and capitalising on emerging market trends to drive revenue growth and expand market share. At IWIB4AI, Nadia focuses on developing IWIB4AI's marketing strategies and creating content that enhances brand awareness and invites more individuals to join our think-tank.

Melanie is an AI Research Fellow
Global Governance Institute (GGI) environmental scientist with a strong advocacy and advisory background in sustainability, climate justice and human rights. At IWIB4AI Melanie coordinates IWIB4AI's Youth Chapter activities and relevant use cases for coordinating educational training and Hackathons.
